Effortlessly Manage and Deliver Donation Statements

The Hindu Society of Minnesota (HSMN) is a non-profit based in Maple Grove, Minnesota dedicated to providing religious, spiritual, educational, social, and cultural activities for all generations of the Hindu community.

As their Software Engineer Intern, I helped build Financial Yearly Reports Sender (FYRS) to create a personalized and heartfelt experience for donors by automating the generation and delivery of individualized donation statements at the end of each year.

My role focused on seamlessly integrating the system with a spreadsheet to streamline the tracking process. This integration enhances the efficiency of the donation acknowledgment workflow and ensures that the organization can easily monitor and manage the status of each donation statement, specifically noting whether it has been successfully sent to the donor's email.
